About Dream BIG Mentorship

Dream Big Mentorship started in the fall of 2017 simply as a Big Dream.  After attending the National Principal Conference in July 2017 as an Aspiring School Leader, Jodie knew that more people like her needed mentoring and experiences with current school leaders now rather than after getting a leadership position. After a few months of planning and promoting, the first cohort of Aspiring Leaders and Mentors was established!  The goal of the program is to connect aspiring leaders with current leaders for organic 1:1 mentoring experiences – done virtually!  Additionally, the cohort will learn from current leaders through a series of interactive webinars.
